About Us
Ingram Express Services was born as a kitting, fulfillment and distribution company. From that foundation, we have grown to offer our clients print and fabrication services. Our growth has been organic, based on meeting the needs of our clients. We strive to control the process of print, fabrication, kitting and distribution, so that when your needs change, we can adapt quickly. Our growth is dependent on yours, and we know it.

Adam Ingram
Owner
In 1995, my brother and I started this company in the hopes of providing security for our family in a way that we could control. That hope turned into a vision. That vision now provides hope and security for over 30 families. We have made a lot of friends and developed a lot of partnerships along the way. We hope we have improved the everyday lives of those that come in contact with our company. This is why we work.

Christina Adams
Senior Account Manager
I have been in the printing industry for over 25 years. My career began in the bindery of a large local printing company. I soon moved to Quality Control and then on to the Customer Service department as an Account Manager. I am very familiar with all facets of print, having worked in Offset, Web, Sheetfed, and Digital facilities. I often find myself saying “I didn’t choose printing as a career, it chose me”.

Originally from Ohio, Hadley graduated from Miami University in 2015 with a degree in Sports Marketing and Supply Chain Management. She began her career at Grimco selling wide format print materials and equipment. After collecting a few years of knowledge there, she transitioned to the other side of the industry. Hadley is passionate about helping her clients execute marketing campaigns and seeing them through ideation to execution. She is also passionate about a hot day on the lake.

Jim is a Nashville native, which is rare these days. After graduating from Harris School of Art, he began as a designer in retail marketing and visual merchandising for Service Merchandise Company. After several years, Jim moved to the agency side and helped clients develop product merchandising displays for large retailers including Lowes, Home Depot, Wal-Mart, and Menard’s. From 2003 to 2015 Jim served as creative director for LifeWay Christian Stores and created marketing collateral and in-store POP materials.
At Ingram Express, Jim is bringing his creative skills to provide a complete end-to-end service for clients, from ideation through implementation. He is the husband of Sonja, and father to Art. In his spare time Jim enjoys playing with his small rat terrier, Willie T and DIY home renovation projects.
Morgan Hamblen
Office Manager
Morgan has spent most of her life growing up around IES. Whether that was “assisting” in packing kits or chasing her brother around the office. As she grew up, she always pictured IES being a part of her future. In November 2020, Morgan joined the IES team as an intern, where she got to see IES differently.
Currently, Morgan is a junior at Middle Tennessee State University. She is studying Marketing, Business Administration, and Psychology. Morgan hopes to bring these skills into her future at IES.
When Morgan isn’t in school or learning at IES, she is an avid dog mom to Cash, which you may see running around the building, or in Jim’s office awaiting a treat.
Morgan is excited to be a part of the growth of IES and is excited to see where the future takes her!
Ben Bolin
Account Manager
Hailing from Southern Indiana, Ben came to Nashville in 2018. In 2019, Ben joined the world of offset printing, helping anywhere in the plant where an extra hand was needed. Ben is a movie/television fan and filled with a million facts that will never save the world.

Cash Ingram
Office Dog
Cash is a one-year-old Schnoodle that you may see around IES when you visit!
Cash is a new member of the IES team, and we would say he fits in quite nicely! We still cannot believe his granddad and our owner, Adam, hired him!
You may catch him in Jim’s office waiting for a treat or Hadley’s for an afternoon cuddle!
